Orders are delivered by either APC or Royal Mail on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). Unless Saturday service has been specified.
If no one is available to take delivery the courier will leave a card with contact details for you to call and arrange a new delivery time. They may attempt delivery the next working day as standard. They may leave with a neighbour; a card will be left to inform you of this. your parcel will be taken to the nearest appropriate location for you to arrange collection or delivery within 7 days. If not collected within this time, the parcel will be returned to sender and another shipping charge will apply for us to re-send.

All orders placed online or by phone can be collected in store.
Our store opening times are Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm,

Please collect your order within 14 days, we will send you a reminder email after 7days
To return an item for a refund, we must be notified within 7 working days of receipt; We only accept returns on items mis-advertised faulty or damaged. Please satisfy yourself with the dimensions colours and description.
Computer screens do not accurately represent colours and should be used as a guide only.
If you are unsure please ask any questions prior to ordering.
Items must be returned in the same condition as when they left us, and buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
A full refund will be made once we’ve received and processed the safely returned item.
As all Autentico Paints are tinted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products unless there has been an error made on our part, e.g. wrong colour, range of paint or quantity.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations further details of which are available from the local trading standard department or citizen's advice bureau.
